Recovery Shot, Healing and Helping Through Golf
Recovery Shot is a local nonprofit built on a powerful belief: golf can help people heal. Inspired by our co-founder's journey back to health through the game, Recovery Shot is a therapeutic, recreational program that provides free, structured golf programs for people with little or no access to the game. Recovery Shot serves veterans, individuals recovering from injury, illness, or trauma, and underserved children, who can - and do - benefit through the friendship, fresh air, and the gentle movement that golf delivers.
