Riding The Spectrum is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit therapeutic horsemanship program dedicated to supporting autistic individuals, those with developmental differences, and underserved communities through adaptive riding and equine‑assisted learning. Rooted in compassion and guided by evidence‑informed practices, the organization provides individualized, sensory‑aware experiences that foster emotional regulation, social development, confidence, and physical coordination.

As a small, specialized program, Riding The Spectrum is uniquely designed to meet each participant exactly where they are. Sessions are fully adaptive, pressure‑free, and tailored to the individual’s needs, communication style, and regulation level. The program blends beginner–intermediate recreational riding skills with interactive horsemanship activities that support cognitive engagement, behavioral regulation, and meaningful connection with both horses and peers.

Riding The Spectrum welcomes participants of all abilities and backgrounds, offering both one‑on‑one and inclusive small‑group sessions in a supportive, community‑centered environment. The organization is committed to breaking down barriers to access and ensuring that every rider has the opportunity to grow, connect, and thrive
